You start to feel like you’re ready for hibernation or your normal routine is starting to wear you down. Slowing down and disconnecting for just a few hours will really help you recharge the batteries and enjoy your downtime.
If these things were not done in the workplace, it would be a lot more difficult for people to organize what they want to do on the weekend. This is why getting off of work early is a good idea if you want to get some of these things done at home.
The Corporate Culture culture is one of the things that needs to be avoided at all costs, and it’s also why people need to try and switch off as much as possible. The idea that work defines who we are is what has created many problems. When you break from this “culture” for a few hours, it will give you some time back.
