1 ½ pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½” pieces
1 tablespoon neutral oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon oregano
Pinch ground cinnamon
Pinch ground cloves
4 12-inch flour tortillas

To put in your burrito
