Beet root with Strawberry
Beet root is another wonderful vegetable which reduce weight successfully. It contains both soluble and insoluble fibers which are very useful in loosing weight. The Strawberry fruit contains anthocyanins and Ellagic acid which helps you to reduce the weight directly.
- 5 to 6 Strawberries
- 2 Beet roots
- 1 to 2 carrots
Wash and peel the beetroots and carrots. Add strawberries and these two vegetables in a food processor and blend for 5 minutes by adding some water.
