Instead of white rice with loads of oil, and butter, the quinoa is sautéed in anti-inflammatory coconut oil. Powerful seasoning gives the “rice” flavor: onion, garlic, carrot, ginger, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar and edamame.
