- DON’T- SODAS AND CARBONATED BEVERAGES
Unless it’s a freshly made smoothie or juice, there isn’t anything that could replace water in the morning and sodas and carbonated drinks are definitely not on your healthy list. Not for breakfast, nor lunch. You should avoid Coke or any other drinks full with sugar. Those drinks will only slow down your metabolism and give you the feeling of being bloated the entire day.
- DO- BUCKWHEAT
If we want a nutritive and rich-in-vitamins and minerals meal, buckwheat is the best choice. Rich in vitamins and minerals, especially iron, buckwheat will boost your metabolism. It’s also a great source of protein and a powerful energy booster.
- DON’T- GREEN VEGGIES
Green vegetables will be the perfect choice for a salad during lunch, but this is not the same for breakfast. Raw green veggies are rich in amino acids which may lead to the feeling of a heartburn as well as flatulence. If you feel an abdominal pain, you can also blame the green veggies, because they will only irritate your stomach, if consumed on an empty stomach.
